Reports
Agile has over one hundred different reports to help you find the data you need.
Reports are how agile packages and delivers the data that is collected as you and your customers check out through the system. While you can pull data from a variety of locations in the system all reports are found on the web portal. Begin by Logging In or navigating to the web portal.
Along the left menu bar click Reports to launch that section.

In the reports area you will be met with a search bar right at the top. If you have a search word in mind or know the name of a report you can use this to find it quickly. Here are a few common report keywords that can help you find what you are looking for.

When you schedule a report the parameters you are running that report for become the parameters that will be delivered to you. This is to say that if the report if for January 1st to January 14th those are the dates you will receive every time this report is delivered. That means the best reports are the ones you can run for a variable block of time such as the report in this example that can be run for last week.

Many of the reports you can find in Agile can be scheduled to self-run and email you on a fixed timetable. You will know these reports by the Schedule Email button found in the view and download area.

In the Email Address field put as many emails as you need using enter to save one and move to the next. Recurrence Pattern is how often you want this report to be sent.

Day of the week is when this report will be delivered and can be combined with tell the system when your week begins to get numbers for that past seven days. Time is when this report will generate so it should be set to a non-business hous to prevent cut offs during sales.

Subscription End Date is when this will stop automatically reporting to the emails addresses listed above. The Report Format is how you would like this delivered to the listed emails addresses. Send in Email Body will simply send you the result of the report as the body of the email, choosing either Send as PDF or Send as Excel will attach the report as that file type.

Use the Email Subject Line field to tell yourself what's in this report and click Submit to save and close.

Back on your dashboard, which you access with the Home button, you can view your scheduled reports using the Report Subscriptions button.

From the Manage Subscriptions page you can edit any of the settings of this report or delete it when it is no longer needed.
