Pumpkin Spice, Falling Leaves, and...Gift Programs?
Beat the Snow

Geese are heading south, the air is turning crisp, and it's time to set up your holiday gift card program.
Your time closer to the holidays is both more valuable and in higher demand as you get your last events of the year off without a hitch. I think this is why requests for help setting up a gift card program hit our support dashboard, like clockwork, around early December. Devoting a little time now will provide your organization with a new revenue stream at the year's end and give your patrons who lose track of their Nice List a guaranteed slam dunk of a gift for their loved ones. That way, both you and your customers can focus less on tedium and more on hot cocoa and time with the family.
Do you have a gift card program set up? If you're not sure, sign in to Web Portal at portal.agiletix.com and look on the side menu.

If there is a Gift Card or Gift Certificate tab, click it and see if any programs populate under them. Otherwise, if you do not have a gift card program, you can get started with our Gift Card Setup. Keep in mind that if you'd like to print cards, you need an image file worthy of promoting your organization whenever someone holds it out over a counter. A high resolution of at least 300 dots per inch is essential.
If you fulfill your own gift cards, you'll want to keep an eye on the US Postal Service's last day to ship before Christmas. Count on having your merchandise in the mail by early to mid-December.
Want a gift program but feel uneasy about the overhead? Agile has a Gift Certificate program that works with E-Delivery to ensure your team does not need to lift a finger to get a gift out to your customers.
If you already have a gift card program and just want to get the word out, consider setting up an Email Template. Patrons are flooded with emails every day, so they respond to communications that are both polished and timely. It can be tough to deliver that on a short timeframe. Instead of reinventing the wheel, edit your templates until they sparkle and include some choice snippets. That way, when you set up the final email, you only need a few clicks to target your message to your what is new and now at your organization, calling them to act before the snow flurries start to fall.
