Gift cards and certificates are both meant to hold money that will later be used with your organization. The key difference between a card and a certificate is that the card is a physical object intended for reuse and can be swiped at you PoS station with compatible card swipe. The Certificate is a .pdf which can be e-delivered to remove the burden of fulfillment but either can be loaded with additional money after the original sale. A gift membership program is fundamentally a gift certificate with levels matching your membership pricing so that it can be evenly exchanged for that item.

All of these items can be built using the ATS App or Web Portal so follow the directions for your platform of choice. This process must be started in the ATS App but then will show up in your web portal where you can add or edit as needed.
