Consider the Loyalty Program
A Little Nudge toward Community

Reciprocity is the foundation of any meaningful relationship. Maybe that's why unlocking a loyalty reward at a local cafe feels so, well, rewarding. Loyalty programs encourage customers to come back, but they also encourage them, period.
You already knew visiting your venue is more than a simple exchange of good and services. We don't have to save the worlds, or save lives, to make a difference. We just have to give each other a little nudge to keep going, a tiny reminder that we see you. A free popcorn. A few dollars off family movie night. It's the little things, they say:
Launching a loyalty program may seem intimidating. They have a few moving parts and key decisions, like what earns points and how customers can spend them. You can start simple and slow. Add loyalty points to an existing member program for concessions, that way front-of-house staff can manage the points and even get to thank a patron for their ongoing support, building that face-to-face trust everyone's been missing, just the thing to encourage visitors to get off the couch and get into the great grand world of live experiences. Later on you might add more redeemable items like tickets and membership renewals. The final shape of the loyalty program does not matter so much as the tool it gives you to maintain a positive, even playful relationship with your patrons over time.
