How does customer forwarding work
Using e-delivery ticket forwarding from the customer account

Agile allows customers to forward tickets between themselves without the need to involve the box office. This option is available only if the item in question has activated e-delivery forwarding.
To start this process, a customer must log into their account on your website; this login is found beside the cart icon.

The person icon will change to a first initial as a sign that they are now logged in. Click the letter that appears and the my account button.

Click the Forward Tickets button on the menu to load forwardable tickets.

Select the ticket or tickets to forward using the toggle and click the forward button, which will display the total number of tickets being sent.

Use the drop-down at the top of the pop-up window to forward tickets to a previous recipient. For all new ticket recipients, enter their first name, last name, and email address, then click continue.
Send Remaining Tickets to Me
Using this toggle will email all unforwarded tickets on this order back to you. Using this on your last forward of an order will prevent any two people from using the same ticket.

Forwarded tickets and their recipients will now show under this order.

The purchaser of these tickets retains the ability to resend or recall them at any time by returning to the forwarding page. Select any number of tickets that were previously forwarded and use the Resend or Cancel buttons to perform that action.
